This membership is for those who want to take some time working with one of the coaches Will and Carol within the gym in a 1:1 setting. You'll have the opportunity to work on strength or weight loss goals, Olympic Lifting technique, Gymnastic skills, building an engine, setting a routine, and help with your nutrition.
The package is based on two sessions a week for a month, each session lasting an hour long.
